As a former two-sport college athlete, I struggled to stay accountable and challenge myself in the gym once my playing days were over. Even though I knew how to work out and had all the resources and equipment at my fingertips, I realized I still wasn’t getting it done without the accountability and community piece. Great Energy with fitness programs for all levels. Highly skilled, amazing, supportive staff. Even with all of the people in the classes they are able to step in and teach the proper techniques needed to achieve your goals.
5+ at this place, and I just keep reading some of the coolest people that inspire me daily! Proud to coach some of these great humans, But even better, I’ve made such wonderful friends
Love this gym and all the coaches. The programming is top tier and all the little extras that come with membership make it.
