Barre with Emma F. was a HARD workout and I loved it! Amazing atmosphere at the studio, and it is so well decorated and clean ♥️
I was invited by my friend, Emily, to the free barre in the park pop-up for Galentine's Day and had a BLAST! The set-up was so neat and they really helped guide you through each step, making it both smooth and fun, with a little challenge!
Our crew! Now, on first glance, I might not be the "core demographic" for this establishment, but let me express this clearly... as a veteran of numerous group exercise programs, there is NO more challenging and thorough workout than the hour-long barre programs, led by the experienced, WELCOMING team at Empowered.
