I've been with Drea for five years and Empowered Psych is absolutely the best psychiatry office I have ever been to. Drea is knowledgable, professional, and genuinely caring. The office staff responds same/next day and will always go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. This is the type of healthcare experience that all providers should aspire to deliver. I cannot recommend them enough!

They DO NOT care about their patients. I have been seeing Andrea for 2 years. Love her! Cannot recommend her enough. However, she is on medical leave and the co-owner took me on as a patient. They don’t know when Andrea will be back. 45 minutes before my appointment (I have had this appointment booked for a month) the secretary called me and said Melinda the co-owner was canceling on me because I hadn’t been seen in-person for 2 years.
