Really awesome experience. Great body work with massage, stretching, improving range of motion, as well as cupping. Amazing for athletes of all levels and for anyone having pain of all sorts. Definitely plan to return soon. Highly recommended.

I genuinely enjoyed my first session with Alfredo! He took the time to familiarize himself with the information in my intake form and created a truly collaborative environment. He made sure I felt comfortable in this space, and I also felt empowered and encouraged to communicate. He answered questions thoughtfully and gave me better insight into the things that were causing me pain.
