I had such a thorough, deeply healing massage here. The next morning my body felt so limber and relaxed, like so much space had opened in place of the tight grip of tension. Alfredo is highly skilled and knowledgeable and he does everything with so much intentionality and presence which in itself is a gift. I have pretty high standards for a quality massage and this was top notch. Don’t hesitate to book a session with him!

Alfredo is an amazing masseuse! He focuses on the areas I need with great care and knowledge of how muscles heal.
Alfredo uses different techniques to help my neck/back pain and neuropathy. He does an amazing job! I highly recommend him for therapeutic therapy or relaxing Swedish massage. He cares about his clients and will find the therapy that works best for you. Recently I’ve been doing Graston therapy with Alfredo. Using the Graston technique on my spine has made my hip pain stop, stopped my trigger finger, and has increased my range of motion.
