Made an appointment with Rich on 7/13/2017 to have my windows tinted on 7/20/2017, showed up at 8:00 AM to drop off my car and was told I was not on the schedule. I was told that Rich would call me when he got in. I did not receive a call on 7/20/2017. Sent an email last night explaining my disappointment and still haven't received a call or email. This review should be zero stars, but google doesn't give you the option of zero stars.
I highly recommend Empowered Auto. Debbi and her team are friendly and thorough.
