RecommendedI just took my first yoga class (Yoga Mix 75min) @ Empower Wellness Studio. The class was fantastic and the instructor, Meghan, left me feeling rejuvenated, centered and empowered, so even at 27 weeks pregnant I got so much out of it. The studio also offers a bunch of other services, so check them out!
