RecommendedLast week I had my first session in Infrared Sauna session with chromotherapy. I am thrilled to be going back for my 2nd session today. Full spectrum infrared is really great for inflammation and detoxing; I am hoping to release some chronic back pain . The biggest thing I noticed last week was how well I slept that night - amazing. RecommendedThis space was enriched with good energy for sure! I'm a traveling yogini and have taught at many studios, I can tell you this studio is one of a kind. It's alot bigger once you step into it. I taught a workshop in the Yoga room last night and the mirror is perfect length with plenty of room to spread out and jump around in.
