I waited a long time before posting my review. I wanted to be sure I was able to really speak to the process beforehand. I started working with Kristin several months ago. She was kind, professional, and tailored a plan to me. I am down 54 lbs now as a result of significant diet modification guided by Kristin, and recently started working out to lose the rest. Empower Weight Loss Associates saved my health. I HIGHLY recommend them.
