Dr. Gifeisman is a very special doctor . When I first went to him I was dealing with the worst injury of my life and felt hopeless of ever returning to my old self. Dr. Dan is terrific and so knowledgeable. As a weightlifter myself, I especially appreciated that he also lifts so he is familiar with Olympic weightlifting movement patterns. I made an appointment for a trap irritation and he assessed it through assessing my range of motion, treatment involved mysofascial cupping, and he also provided me with exercises. Rather than just providing the exercises, Dr. Dan thoroughly went through them with me. I can’t recommend him enough!
I cannot recommend Daniel Gifeisman highly enough! His expertise was absolutely crucial to my success during my intense training for Hyrox and the nyc marathon. This wasn't just about quick fixes; he was an indispensable partner in my prep.
