I'm shocked this company is in business. I've been trying to get a repair done for a year now and they still won't service me even though I'm still under warranty. It's always some excuse with them and my panels still don't work. They are also super hard to get into contact with. If you are looking for solar panels, these are not the people to get them from.

Horrible customer service! Called to get information on going solar and they wouldn’t talk to me because they were booked till the end of the year. She told me there is a rebate that expires at the end of the year and that’s why they’re busy. I was like “OK that’s fine. I’m not looking to get it done before the end of the year. Can you have somebody call me?” She replied “We’re very busy till the end of the year” “OK I see where this is going. Thank you. While their project manager (Florence) wasn’t the best with communication, the men who came to install everything (Matt, Juan & Tito) were excellent… they were professional, diligent & answered all of our questions. They also did a great job cleaning up after the installation.

Please be aware: I had solar panels installed on my home about 7 years ago. At the time, the installation went smoothly and installation was smooth without any issues. However, I was never informed about—or given the option to add - animal protective measures that could have prevented future problems. Fast forward to 2025: I discovered a roof leak caused by a squirrel building a nest under one of the panels, digging a hole, and chewing through wiring.
