Honestly I bet the dryer in the house I rented from here is still broken to this day I had to start calling Jennifer with google numbers to get her to answer my calls as it felt like she was actively avoiding calls from our phone numbers Peep the level of professionalism you will be dealing with below 😂
Awful experience!! You definitely get what you pay for. You might think you’re saving some money but you really get the worst service ever. Not responsive to phone calls or emails and lies about follow ups to tenants. Save your money and look somewhere else!! Trust me on this one!!
After the viewing we scheduled for a property in Lakewood, we decided to submit an application. After the application was submitted, we only came into contact once and never heard from Jennifer Williams again even after several emails were sent & phone calls were made. We later found out she was out of the office & the property was already rented to someone else!
