Convenient location, welcoming environment, and knowledgeable staff! I’ve been having some knee pain and the crew at Empower has truly taken care of me. Great balance of hands on work, purposeful and helpful exercises, and a thorough game plan to get me pain free. Can’t recommend this place or staff enough!
