Empower PT therapist have been outstanding! I am a 28 year military veteran and this has been the best physical therapy I have experienced!
Niajah is AMAZING! I told her from day one what I wanted to work on and she delivers that every session. My core has definitely made significant progress which has translated well into my lifting. She’s very patient but also delivers a great challenge. 10/10 recommend! Empower is also very clean and the staff is so nice and welcoming!
Excellent personalized care! Every session focuses on proper technique and I’ve seen real improvements in my flexibility and strength. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality physical therapy that truly makes a difference.
I try to go to Empower PT at least once a week. The owner and trainers are outstanding to work with, the equipment is first class as is the environment. I highly recommend Saige as a trainer. Can’t say enough good about Empower. Should you decide to make an appointment you will not be disappointed.
