I just saw Kendall for an issue I am having with my calf after a melanoma excision surgery and after one session I already feel so much better! She was able to do scar tissue mobilization and massage that made a huge difference in my ability to walk normally. She put me at ease and explained everything so thoroughly and gave me things I can work on at home between sessions. Can’t recommend Kendall and her team at Empower enough!

I did a private Pilates session with Niajah and it was awesome. She adapted it based on what I wanted to work on but also what she observed I needed, she made sure my form was perfect and I was using all of the right muscles as I went. I had only done group Pilates classes before and I didn’t realize how much I was not using the right muscles all the time, or all the way through the movement. The focused attention makes a huge difference!
I am so happy to be a part of the Pilates teacher training program at Empower! From the very first day of training I felt welcomed into a supportive environment. Saige, Ni, and Alyssa are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient. The instructors take the time to thoroughly explain every exercise including the proper form and cueing to prevent injury.
