Edit on 29/03/25: I'm changing my review to 3 stars because they actually followed up with me after I posted the review below, and got me in contact with a gynecologist that would do the procedure. Thanks to that, I was able to have an appointment and potential surgery date. Even though this only happened because of the review, I appreciate that they tried to make it right. I visited Kim during a stage when I was scared and anxious about my pregnancy. Her care and positive attitude gave me hope.
