Christy is absolutely amazing and the classes are as well! I highly recommend her classes and am so excited to continue going! The classes are phenomenal and so is the space! It's clean and spacious and so welcoming. Makes you feel at home !

Empower Movement Studio has truly been life changing for me. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, supported, and inspired and a huge part of that is because of Christy. So far I've only done the Dancefit HIIT and Supersize Saturday with Christy. This place it's amazing. Very welcoming. Classes are a blast. Combining dance with Fitness... Is there anything better? I say no. :)

I have had an amazing experience at this studio. This is a place where I truly feel cared for and a place where I am able to meet my goals. The instructors here know what they are talking about! They are there to help build you up and reach your goals in any way they can! The studio fosters environment of trust through the community that is built here, everyone is there to support one another. I love that there are so many different guided classes offered. Cute studio. Very comfortable environment. Christy’s Zumba dance class was such a fun workout. She was also very sweet and welcoming as it was my first time there! The women who go there are also so supportive and nice! Will be trying out more classes!!
