Empower Studio has the best instructors! Always upbeat and ready to give a fun energetic workout! There are morning and evening classes mon -Thurs and morning classes Friday and Saturday. These exercises are for EVERYONE! All moves can always be modified to your fitness level.
The absolute BEST instructors! Welcoming and motivating environment with a variety of classes for all fitness levels.
Honestly, this is the only cardio I actually enjoy. The Zumba classes at Empower are high energy without feeling like a boring gym routine. The studio in Cuyahoga Falls is super welcoming, and the instructors make it a great workout. Highly recommend if you want to get active without dreading it.
Christy is absolutely amazing and the classes are as well! I highly recommend her classes and am so excited to continue going! The classes are phenomenal and so is the space! It's clean and spacious and so welcoming. Makes you feel at home !
