Our 4 year old son has been attending Empower’s Mini Masters martial arts classes for 3 months now and he loves it! He is learning how to protect himself, boundaries for his body and for others, and even things like trustworthy vs untrustworthy adults and severe weather preparedness. I love the focus on respect for authority and sense of community instilled here and highly recommend Empower Martial Arts!!

Team Empower is a great place for any age to learn Taekwondo, but also to better oneself. Our boys are learning how to deal with the possibility of a bully and also self discipline as well. Senior Master Beisel is an incredible instructor powered with a wonderful instructional staff as well. They help with the group as a whole but assist individually if needed with respect and kindness...of course while keeping the discipline required.
