Our kids have been doing taekwondo at Empower for about 2 years. They have grown in confidence but the best part is that they have a sense of their own community and belonging. The community there is encouraging, kind, and supportive. As a parent, I highly recommend Empower and Mr. Docken.
It was a very good experience….teacher was a very welcoming and friendly with kids……my both kids had a great time during their 2 weeks trial and they like to join the class soon!!
So glad I made the decision to enroll my daughter here. Sir Kevin is a great instructor; funny, encouraging and disciplined when it's needed. The students all respond extremely well to his teaching style. I've seen a noticeable improvement in my daughter's confidence, balance, self-defense and strength in a short amount of time. Highly recommend!
