This place has been instrumental in my journey of healing! The benefits have been amazing on my quality of sleep and overall relaxation and calming of my nervous system! The red light and energy genesis together have been a perfect combination for me, I appreciate all of you at Empower Life so much
I started my journey at Empower Life more for weight loss, and what I have gained is so much more than what I expected! I have used the Red Light Therapy, BEMER, EG and the oxygen bar(I started in Feb and continue to go at least once a week). I feel better mentally, physically and emotionally. Danyle and Macee are fabulous, I feel pampered when I leave there. I’m glad that I stumbled across Empower Life, this is definitely the self-care I’ve been needing in my life! Thank You ladies for this Amazing studio!
