Don't use Empower Solar. We have had nothing but trouble getting our system installed. First, it was installed incorrectly and didn't pass inspection. Then we were told a specific date and time when they would come back to fix the problem, but they never came. They had already scheduled the re-inspection, so it failed a inspection a second time. It was very easy going through the process. In addition, they guarantee their work and the roof that was currently installed. That was the biggest problem I was having with previous companies, I. E. They did not guarantee my roof following installation. I would highly recommend Empower Do anyone looking to add solar to their home.
Great service and I have been able to access customer service people easily
Very helpful. Good people/company. There was a slight issue of a grounding wire placement and they immediately worked with us, kept within guidelines of State, Pg&e, and our homes ethetics. Thank you, Empower for making solar an easy decision.
Empower has been doing a great job communicating with me during our solar installation. Several steps went into the installation including a new roof and we have been very pleased with empower thus far.
