Danny is very knowledgeable and truly cares about you and your fitness goals. He keeps you accountable and motivated on and off the gym. The workouts have a lot of variety and allow you to track your progress. Throughout my time here, I've seen improvements in my stamina and strength. It's an encouraging atmosphere that fosters you at a pace comfortable for you. I appreciate the individualized attention you receive during the classes.
