From start to finish, it was a great experience with this people. Putting up solar panels, getting a government loan, where to place them, it's all new and daunting, but the team carried me through. The owner of the company was on site, the two technicians were both friendly, and highly skilled, and Ming, the in office manager was in nearly daily contact, walking me through everything and answering my questions, even on the weekend. Not to mention that they gave the the best quote for the pricing.

I had 2 solar companies provide me with quotes to install a system on our home. Empower was by far the most competitive while using the exact same equipment as their competitor. Their sales team and install team are both fantastic. Our set up required a bit of a unique system and they identified this very early on in the quoting phase so there were no surprises once install began. The install went smooth and the system works great. Cannot recommend Empower enough.
