I reached out to Ms. Harman after a very long inner struggle that ended with coming to the conclusion that i need to seek help from a professional.I have never gone about such and it was everything i could do to make that plunge and pick up the phone. When dealing with people’s mental health, it’s important for a therapist to have their own lives in order. I could tell that a previous one wasn’t the right choice for my family member because she was all over the place. Much different experience here.
It took me a while to work up the courage to seek help but Mrs. Cathy has been a literal life saver. I have recommended her to many people. You will not regret giving her a chance to help you as well.
