My kids have been going here since they were 2 weeks after a horrible experience else where!! They just turned 4 years old on yesterday and we’re still here! I love them and their staff!!! THE BEST EVER!!!!!!
This is our second visit due to us recently relocating in the area. They were recommended to me by the kids school. Our visits have been amazing, helpful, and welcoming. Rescheduling and making appointments are never a hassle. Christina was very gentle and caring with my toddlers. We had an amazing visit today and look forward to future visits.
I just wanted to think everyone at empower in Pearl on Old Brandon road Sarah Monica and front desk all the ladies that work there for being there for my children when they're sick and taking walk-ins when other ones don't at any time for being so kind and sweet when we go in and on the phone thank you
These people decided to call cps and try to claim that we neglect our son due to a weight gaining issue. There was an issue with his mother's breast milk, being that it was lacking in certain things that he needed. And Instead of working with us (this is our first child and we are 22 and 23 years of age) they immediately called cps and claimed neglect. Great experience. Hands down. Staff is very friendly and the provider we saw is outstanding. We look forward to Empower being our one and only choice from this day forward.
