I brought my son to this location because I was concerned he might have a viral infection. During the visit, I was told that several children from his school had been getting sick as well. I’m really disappointed in the service i received today. I’m not sure what’s going on but I didn’t feel my child was cared for properly and I made a blank trip. I took him to another pediatrician because my child is not feeling well and exactly what I was told at empire was NOT wrong is indeed exactly what is wrong. Then I had to travel back to get a dr excuse because it never came through email.

I highly recommend this clinic. They are very professional. I took my 3-month-old son there because he had an allergic reaction all over his face. At UMMC, they didn’t help—most of the staff there were students. But at this clinic, they treated him with care, prescribed an antibiotic, and his allergy cleared up in just a few days.
