One of the worst customer support experiences I have ever encountered. Empower Brands is the puppet master behind Remington. I purchased a Remington clipper that stopped working after just three months. I reached out to support for a replacement or refund. Initially, the team was pretty much responsive and helpful. We worked with Katie Lepper during our search for the right franchise to build our future. Though we decided to go in another direction Katie was a joy to work with. She was knowledgeable, forthright, and honest. She gave us terrific insight and feedback and there was no high pressure sales tactic. Even we’ve told we were going in another direction, she was kind and professional. We loved Katie.

I wish there was a no star option. I’ve been waiting on a warranty replacement coffee maker from this outfit since September 2025. I sent them all the info req’d multiple times (copy of the receipt, photo of the cord date code, a cheque for $6, pic of the owners manual) yet they keep asking for this info when i contact to inquire where my coffee maker is.
