This shop has taken a load of stress off my shoulders. I took my vehicle to another shop multiple times and they had it for weeks and couldn't figure out how to fix the drive train error that kept coming up. Empower not only figured it out within hours, but also didn't charge an arm and a leg for it, very reasonable. Taylor was great and explained the cause and effect. I love that they specialize in BMWs so there's no guess work. So so happy I found this shop. Definitely recommend!
Taylor and team were absolutely fantastic! Needed to replace my transmission and Taylor was able to work with me and save my X5 diesel. So happy to have a shop like this so close.

I take my e53 x5 here. They treat the vehicles with extreme care, and are experts on the cars. There’s no better peace of mind than having empower look your car over and repair it. Great communication, and very professional. I recommend taking your bmw / mini here.
I am just starting to track my 2001 M3. Empower did a full inspection and readied my car for my first event. I have had several small things done already but plan to have the rod bearings and vanos done shortly along with radiator upgrade oil cooler and other items. I plan to have the subframe reinforced but currently do not have any issues with it. I’d like to say that you can trust your vehicle to the professionals at empower for excellent work and honest feedback. A great group of folks to work with.
