Not exactly sure the quality of the actual salon services offered here. However, I had an experience earlier today when I was outside in front of the business on a phone call waiting for the archery store next door to open when a woman with little to no respect for humanity hollered at me questioning/accusing me of filming inside the salon. I am so surprised to see reviews about poor treatment of people of color. Do the people who wrote these reviews even understand that each stylist has their own clients who already have appointments and do not take walk ins? Perhaps reading the sign on the door that says “ by appointment only” would help! Maybe the treatment you think you received was more about you just showing up expecting service from people who were already helping other clients, rather than the color of your skin.
