This shop is all about customer service. We have used Emporium since their inception and they do not want you leaving unless 100% satisfied. We have been more than happy with them. We have see a few low ratings and I think that just falls under you cannot please everyone 100%. Some people have posted feedback that do not have the whole truth - so please use them and form your own opinion. Five stars all the way!!!!!
