This is a great family-owned business. We dealt with Danielle to organize our order & then Jamie who installed the blinds. Wonderful people to deal with. Emporium was fantastic from start to finish. Christine was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the many big decisions involved in my new build. Her knowledge in the products and great interior design eye made the entire process seamless.
We just had 5 window shutters and an 8-panel sliding shutter door plus a large Veri shade fitted. they all look fantastic. special thanks to 2 excellent tradies who are a credit to your company. they had many issues with uneven surfaces, but they persevered and done an amazing job. It was a delight dealing with Emporium Blinds. They were friendly, helpful and efficient. This should not be unusual but to have all three attributes was a little unusual these days and quite wonderful. And we love our curtains!
