Amazing company provides great customer service!!
Don't ever get there ev chargers. They are poorly designed and cheap as hell. The engineers that made this should be fired. Just everything about it is terrible. Also I may add... I am a electrician
I was having issues with my charger pausing and I couldn't figure out why for the life of me. I chatted with Ben, who was able to troubleshoot and narrow it down to it being my electric company pausing my charger. He was very kind, patient and helpful. My Level 2 EV charger has worked great with my Ford Lightning and customer service thus far has been top notch. Thank you!
