Update: After leaving my one-star review, I was contacted and received clarification on why my particular situation could not be handled. They also clarified the type of attorney I should be looking for. Because they took the time to provide that explanation, I am updating my review to 5 stars. I do wish this clarification had been provided during my initial inquiry, as it would have avoided the misunderstanding and frustration.
Rude. Especially on video call didn't give me a chance to speak at sometimes over zoom. But I found another better lawyer who's willing to help.

Receptionist is SUPER RUDE & unprofessional!! Couldn’t even ask a question with out her interrupting me with saying they won’t help. HORRIBLE
