I was diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis in the left hip on February 20th 2025. My replacement surgery was scheduled for August 5. On July 31st, four days before my scheduled surgery a mysterious company call Lantern cancelled my surgery. At first everything was great and surgery was amazing however I was billed for my deductible which I paid immediately and now nobody can seem to help me with why this is not showing up on my BCBS account. Going around and around in circles for 4 months now with zero help!
