this place is severely understaffed - everytime i come in its the same lady seeming to run the whole place and im sure shes not getting paid enough to do that

Good luck getting them to answer the phone to get directions to find the place.
I did a consolidation loan through them in which Elizabeth did no pay off any of the loans I was consolidating. She also kept the checks on her desk for more than 2 weeks before sending them out cause me late fees. Offered me another loan to cover since they screwed up. I would not recommend. Also you are charged a membership fee for what I couldn't tell you. If you try to mobile deposit they reject it if you ask questions you don't get responded too. Paypal is 1000% better.
