I love this store! I bought a computer from them and haven t had a problem. I also took my laptop in a few months ago and it has never worked better than it does now! I would recomend them to anyone who needs computer help

I am unhappy with a refurbished computer purchased from the store. I recommend not purchasing used computers from Empirical Tech. And I recommend being wary of paying for any services that involve computer repair. As with any business, check their standings with the Better Business Bureau and should you have any unreasonable problems with the store, file a complaint.
