Jon helped me recover from a skydiving injury much more quickly than I would have by following the exercises given by my physician. I could not be more pleased :)
I’ve been working remotely with Jon as my personal trainer for a few months, and I couldn’t be happier with the results—I’ve already lost 15 pounds! Jon is fantastic at creating personalized workout plans that are challenging yet manageable, and he checks in to keep me motivated and on track. His encouragement and expertise have made a huge difference in my fitness journey. I highly recommend Jon for anyone looking for a dedicated and supportive trainer, whether in person or remotely!

I’ve spent a considerable portion of my life working in the fitness industry and am a very capable trainer in my own right and I make the choice to get training from Jon because he’s just that good. I’ve come to him with shoulder and back pain from multiple injuries and long standing mobility i... read more
