Jon has been incredible in the short time I’ve worked with him and changed the way I approach fitness around dramatically. He not only develops workout plans and gives nutrition advice, but he also has a good understanding of the human body and can explain the role of most muscles in an exercise as well as how weakness in certain areas might lead to injuries. I highly recommend coming to workout with Jon if you are looking to level up your fitness.
I’ve been training with Jon for only about six weeks. My goal was to gain weight and muscle, fast. Since I started, I’ve gained 5 pounds and can lift heavier than I ever have in my life. Somehow I can do more chin-ups now than 6 weeks ago, when I was 5 pounds lighter, because Jon is a wizard. He challenges me to push my limits every workout. I’m kinda weird and like to feel the pain of a good workout, so I couldn’t be happier with my training and progress!
Jon is an amazing trainer. I have been training with him for a few months and I can see a visible difference in my strength. He does a great job of understanding what you are looking for in terms of strength training, and creating a training and nutrition plan centered around that.
Jon is a fantastic coach who meets you where YOU are. He learns about you, your goals, nutrition and works with you to achieve them. Each of us have varied bodies, minds, goals and ‘wants’ out of fitness. Jon meets you there and takes you further.
