The driver failed to arrive at my pickup address and instead stopped at a different house. When contacted, the driver refused to look for my physical house number and blamed the GPS. Because of this failure to provide service, I had to take alternative transit in order not to miss my flight. It was so frustrating. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE COMPANY AT ALL

We had a wonderful experience with the private car service arranged through the Four Seasons Las Vegas. Mark provided amazing service from start to finish. He was extremely personable, made the ride comfortable and enjoyable, and even took the time to share some great recommendations for things to do in Vegas. The entire experience was smooth and professional. I would absolutely hire Mark again the next time I am back in Las Vegas. Highly recommend!

"My wife delayed just 5 minutes at LAX customs. The driver's company called and pressured me to convert the ride to an "Hourly Charter" right then. Under pressure to ensure she was picked up, I verbally agreed. The actual ride to Irvine took about 1.1 hours. However, they billed me for 4.5 hours, including their "garage-to-garage" return time.
