they cheat drivers with gratuity. when you get a job, they promise 20% gratuity, but only later it becomes known that this percentage is from the basic, which is set at a minimum, and then the client is given the rest of the "fees", from which the driver will not receive anything. I got $16 for a 2-hour trip, while the client paid $500 for this trip. and of course the client will think that most of the amount goes into my pocket, but this is not so. These guys are crooks of the highest order, just a useless middle man. They handle all the bookings for netjets and they billed me almost $500 each way for a 20 minute ride, I called the company that actually did the ride and they charge $225. I honestly cannot think of a more useless company and if you fly netjets just book your own drivers everywhere you do bc these guys are crooks.

Just wow. A 15/10 experience. Matthew drove us from Santa Monica to Anaheim last week during a business trip, and everything about it was exceptional. His professionalism, demeanour, confidence driving, and beautiful energy made us feel so safe and taken care of. The car was luxurious and super clean, stocked with water, chocolates, and even charging outlets. His driving was terrific, and I look forward to him driving us the next time we are back.
