"My wife delayed just 5 minutes at LAX customs. The driver's company called and pressured me to convert the ride to an "Hourly Charter" right then. Under pressure to ensure she was picked up, I verbally agreed. The actual ride to Irvine took about 1.1 hours. However, they billed me for 4.5 hours, including their "garage-to-garage" return time.
