If you've read the other reviews, you'll know the story by now. I've been trying to get this guy to honor the groupon we bought for 3 months. After my wife left a bad review, suddenly he was able to get in touch! He said we needed to upgrade our product to one that cost $100 more (even though through his own groupon, it's only $60 more for the upgrade).
