Best property management company. I feel confident that I had two of the worst properties in LA and Olivia helped change our situation for the better! Horrible. FUNGUS AND LEAKING.
I moved in Oct 2024 and it’s been a nightmare. EMF radiation from a high-voltage power pole in front of my unit made me sick. Even with a doctor’s note, they refused to let me move without paying to break the lease. Constant loud construction with no warning — even woke me up on Easter at 7AM. Zero care for tenants.
Olivia Gonzales and her team at Empire West are great! I'm very happy with their communication. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a property management business to reach out to Olivia.
I must say from my experience working with different Management companies, Empire west Property management are the best by far ! They do care about their customers and their tenants and continuously making sure their inquiries are resolved in a timely manners .. Lupe and Olivia are always on point and making sure all is taken care of .. definitely a great company to work with 🙏🏻
