The previous owner of this home had used landscape ties to build a retaining wall for the split level patio... Needless to say they were not holding up well after a couple decades, the concrete was falling down and the ties were bowing out. Empire was able to come in and build new walls around the patio, rip out the old mess and make it look absolutely phenomenal.
