ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE . Well to start off I go in to a ai eye exam and have no idea how a ai robot can do a human work. Then you have a Skype call with a doctor that does not know how I am seeing and really didn’t care to help. Im about positive I got the wrong prescription because they do not listen to there patients
Thank you for helping me fix my glasses issue. It seems to keep having the same problem so management replaced my entire frame and lenses for free. Secondly someone didn't follow through and another problem occurred. Once again John and management quickly took care of the problem. Thank you for your personal care and concern. I appreciate all of your efforts to make this situation right. Looking forward to my new tinted glasses.
All of the staff were friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I felt it was a thorough exam using some great new technology.
