The people who work at the location are fine, the optometrist is alright. My issue is the difficulty in speaking with an actual person. To reorder contacts, they direct you to the website. Try and call? Endless loop with an "AI assistant". Insurance questions? Directed to website. I called the number to get assistance on the website but it is not the location I called, it's a call center who can't provide the information I needed (prescription) and advised I would have to go into the office to get the script, then use the we... read more
I fell and broke both sets of glasses. I asked if they could fix them. They said absolutely. They were so nice and happy to help me. Nothing better than feeling welcome. Also it was free. Thank you to the Rome Store. Truly appreciate every moment.
