I was able to get in when I needed to and the service was great, but everyone was kind and polite it was a very pleasant visit I recommend them

Everyone knows how hard it is to get an appointment with an eye doctor. I made my son's appointment a year ago at his last visit and got a reminder that it was today. When we got there, I was told our insurance doesn't allow telehealth visits and that he had to be seen by the doctor in person. I explained that the appointment was originally made with the doctor.
