... friendly staff, and very professional...I arrived extremely early for my appointment, and was still accommodated the moment I arrived ..
I drove 45 minutes after being told my sons glasses were ready to get there and be told they’re not there. When I returned home I had a voicemail they were there and going to be sent by UPS. I asked them not to ship them I would have someone pick them up, when that person arrived to pick them up they already sent them out with UPS. I will never use them again. Absolutley terrible communication.

I took my son to get glasses yesterday and Ken was so rude to my son and I that I literally contemplated just canceling the order and going elsewhere to get my son’s glasses. I don’t know if he was dismissing me because he thought wasn’t going to spend money because my sons insurance or that he was just a jerk naturally but it really made me feel like I should have just left.
