The team was extremely nice, informative, knowledgeable and quick. Didn't take much time out of my Saturday. Perfect already recommended to my daughter and fiance
The guy who helped with measuring my eyes and doing the figures on billing was very nice
Telehealth is ridiculously slow. The wait time for a Dr is extraordinarily long. Appointment wait time for an in person Dr apt is so long that telehealth becomes the only option. Staff is cranky at front desk. Glasses options are limited and low quality. Time between arrival and Dr on telehealth was over an hour.
