Dr is fine. Customer service very poor. Was told to call when I got to the store and they would bring me my glasses. Was on hold for over 5 min. before I went into the store. Two on staff, no customers, yet couldn't pick up the phone. No personality, no effort, no service.
The staff is very polite and they get you in and out. Chris is great at helping you find the right glasses and he will do his best to have them ready for you that day if possible!
