WORST PLACE EVER! Do not go here. you'll pay a fortune for your glasses and they completely f*** up the prescription. Then when you make an appointment to get the prescription rechecked they'll conveniently forget to write it down and they'll make you wait another two hours to get in to see the doctor. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this place.
RecommendedEverybody is so friendly. They have a much better selection of frames than all competitors in the area, including designer frames. They are very knowledgeable answering any questions we may have. And when we call to make an appointment we can usually get in right away, along with scheduling both of our kids to be seen at the same time. We will keep going back as we have been for the past 5 years!

My visit on January 22 was so stress free and the entire staff was very welcoming. Everyone works together to create a very organized, professional experience for the customers. (Special thanks to Lauren) I will gladly recommend Visionworks to my friends and family.
Dan, Rebecca, Mary, Tim and Jennifer were awesome. They were very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. They demonstrated great customer service, which will never be forgotten. Keep up the great work!
Vision works in Batavia is amazing! I had to get new glasses due to the fact I could t see out of my other ones anymore because I was gone for training and my glasses didn’t fit regulations and Jennifer from vision works helped me out and the doctor was amazing! I couldn’t ask for a better experience and the prices were great meaning I paid out of pocket!
Love it there! Always my place to go for new glasses and eye exams!!
