RecommendedThey were very friendly! Also they did a great job with exam and information on how my insurance works!
They don't answer their phones in Ithaca or Elmira. I even hit "1" for emergency and they didn't answer. Worst customer service = Won't be going back!

They do not answer the phone at the store. There is no way to contact them unless you go into the store physically.

Very disappointed that you no longer are opened on weekends. My husband is a truck driver. He's only home on weekends. We will be going to Sterling now.
The optometrist was very friendly and the lady that helped me was also, can't say the same for the one who helped my wife..... the bad part- we were told our glasses would be done today. The staff said "we have the lenses here, just have to put them in the frames". Well we stopped in there to see and now we are told it's gonna be another week? And they can't find where they are at? That's one BIG part of customer service... don't tell someone unless you know for sure....
