Friendly fast service! Mine and my children's glasses came in fast. The staff is knowledgeable. The doctor that we saw was very nice and took her time with all of us. They have a great selection of glasses! We will be returning for all of our vision needs.

I went there twiceand the script is still wronge. The optomitrist does not know what he's doing. He only checked with two different clips then that was it. The first pair was -20 the second was + 20. They should send him back to school to learn how to do a proper exam ! For 478.00 bucks you should not get ripped off.
I have been there 3 times this month with issues on my left lens. Today the left eye was worse for the 2nd time. I have met with the eye doctors and both are puzzled. The staff made me feel like I was at fault, telling me I need to take them home and wear them. Walmart makes better glasses than this overpriced company. Tomorrow I have my another appointment and I'm going to request the manager. I think I have been a patient customer, driving 45 minutes to Corning. I will never give them my business again, nor endorse.
Great experience. Opticians here are excellent. The doctor is great takes time to be with patient.
I had a great experience here and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They really helped me out and went above & beyond expectations!
