no one answers phone. contacted customer support online and the web chat is not a real peron. no one answer main office number either. sent an email still waiting. insurance coverage is only for here & Walmart but Walmart is not doing exams yet but at least the answer the phone

RecommendedI want to thank the essential workers at Amsterdam visionworks for everything they are doing to keep us safe and being able to see. Safety is #1 here they checked my temp, sanitized my hands, gave me gloves before getting in the door almost . I felt comfortable , it was efficient and easy. Bonus I had my new glasses delivered to my door within a week ! Awesome ... thank you so much for being open and taking such great care!
I would recommend for an exam! The girl I worked with was great. As for trying to get through to the store by phone, not good. Next to impossible. When I finally did get through to order my glasses I spoke with a woman who had my glasses on hold with prescription until pay day. I called to pay and they said my glasses would be available 1PM next day. They are not ready, still pending and the payment never even was taken from my account. Last 3 times we went here it was not a good experience. The last time my daughter had an appointment that she had to wait 3 month to get and then they cancelled days before the appointment. Then they said they could get her an appointment 3 more months later!?!? Awful all around and I would not recommend!
I have never left a bad review before, ever. But I have never seen a business where the staff is rude and unprofessional. I was just there on my mother's behalf with her broken glasses and was basically told "oh well." They wouldn't help me bc my mother hadn't had an eye exam in 3 years and proceeded to tell me to go elsewhere for one bc they are booked out for months. They stated they couldnt replace the glasses bc they do not care that specific frame anymore. Which has zero to do with my mother. So I realize I'm getting no... read more
