Don't shop at the Taylors Store in SC.... Unless you want to be insulted by the store manager! I was in the Taylors Vision Works store a while back; and I happen to overhear the store manager Kevin call a female customer a horrible insult in referring to her physical shape; it was said behind her back as a joke to another worker I believe his name was Mike or Matt. When I asked, by phone, whether the store had an Optometrist on site I was told that this was, indeed, the case. Yet, when arriving I was not helped by an Optometrist, but by a Tele Health person. It was explained to me that a few tests were necessary because the "real" Optometrist would be in touch via Zoom. Since I only needed an eye-test to see if I needed stronger lenses, and since just 3 weeks earlier I had been seen by an Opthamologist who had done a great number of tests, I told the person that I did NOT need all thes... read more

I lost my survey for my glasses order, which stinks because I can't rate this place 5/5 twice. Sarah was very professional in her demeanor and helped me get my glasses to me in 90 minutes even though the glasses construction part of the shop was closing up for the day. Matt the technician also rocked and I love being able to see in HD again. 10/10 would recommend

Very poor service. My bifocal line in my new glasses was in the middle of my lens. Dawn Urick store manager downplayed the mistake . Tried to stop me from talking to her supervisor by saying corporate doesn’t want their information given out. Gave me 1-800 number . There’s no way to talk to anyone or make a complaint. BBB gives them a rating of C-. The rating should be lower. Over 400 complaints to BBB and over half are within last 12 months. I went this location in 2022 and no one informed me that my insurance entitled me to a second pair of glasses for free as per my profession. I spoke with manager today and he is in willing to compensate me for their error. Do yourself a favor stay away from this location they are very unprofessional.

I bought glasses here for my daughter less than a month ago and the arm detached from the glasses. I took them back today and was told that they couldn't be fixed and that 'I didn't buy a warranty' so I could 'buy new glasses for 40% off'!! First of all, who doesn't cover their product that is less than a month old and worth hundreds of dollars? Secondly, in the past 3 months I've bought glasses here for myself, my son and my daughter and not once was I told that I needed to buy a warranty separately for my glasses! And ... read more

Manager, Sandra and Assistant manager Kasey were very aggressive and both verbally attacked me in the Clifton Park, NY location yesterday, 4/10/23. I checked in and took a seat. I was approached by the Assistant manager 40 minutes later and asked me "Who are you? And why are you here?" I answered her. She walked away. I was then brought to the eye exam room by the associate who checked me in. I asked the associate what was all the confusion about.
