I have used vision works for many years but that has now came to an end with my experience in the Springhill TN location, my exam was on 1/17/26 and they did not have the trial pair of contacts available I needed, I have called numerous times to follow up and not once did I get a return call, finally today 2/19/26 they reached out to let me know my trial contacts had arrived. My first visit. Very Impressed when I first walked in and was warmly greeted by your staff. Aries was amazing from her customer service, her respectful manners and the professionalism she took on her work. She made getting my eyes examined as pleasant as possible. The doctor was very charming and listened to my needs and he got me back to 20/20. So no complaints here. I would highly recommend this office for your eye prescription needs.

I've been going to eye exams for the past 15 years, and have never had such a bad experience. Every staff member I encountered was unprofessional and rude to me. The few questions I had was met with the word "obviously" like I should obviously know the answer to the question, and it felt very demeaning. I also had no knowledge that this appointment would be virtual, and I would not have been okay with it. Thank you to the staff at Visionworks to help my 14year old son transition from glasses to contacts. The manager Gaylord was so patient explaining how to put his contacts on and off. Gaylord was encouraging and very helpful. We were able to sample the two week contacts and the dailys to choose the best contacts for my son. I would recommend anyone to book an appointment for a good experience at Visionworks.

If I could give zero stars I would. I started coming to the Easton location at 4142 Seward St. in Columbus, Ohio because it was close to my home. I knew nothing previously about the doctor or their reception. For the past two years, I have received text messages, emails, and paper mail informing me that I am overdue for my annual visit. The problem is I've never missed a yearly visit.
