When I asked, by phone, whether the store had an Optometrist on site I was told that this was, indeed, the case. Yet, when arriving I was not helped by an Optometrist, but by a Tele Health person. It was explained to me that a few tests were necessary because the "real" Optometrist would be in touch via Zoom. Since I only needed an eye-test to see if I needed stronger lenses, and since just 3 weeks earlier I had been seen by an Opthamologist who had done a great number of tests, I told the person that I did NOT need all thes... read more
