takes weeks to get your glasses and staff is not friendly but the doctor is
The staff openly mocks/complains about customers in front of other customers. We had two back to back appointments schedule for 6pm but weren't seen until 6:30pm. I spent a total of an hour and a half listening to their rude behavior. No, I don't recommend this place.
I had a great experience. Customer service friendly, precise and my glasses were ready the very next day for pick up. I recommend this company to others.
RecommendedI was in and out. I got a great deal of buy one get one free and the service was amazing !
Customer service is seriously lacking here. I never feel welcome and usually feel like I'm bothering staff. the doctors are always friendly and knowledgeable so you have that going for you but otherwise...
