What a bunch of fools!! I make an appointment 5 weeks ago for my child, a child who has been there twice before to purchases glasses! Two hours before his eye exam appointment they call and say they can’t do his exam because he’s under the age of 7...so let me get this straight, I can make his appointment clearly notating his birthdate and age, wait 5 weeks for the day of the appointment and two hours prior you cancel! Horrible service and they tell me all the time we are not eligible then i call my insurance we are but they continue to fight with you and tell you your not its horrible there
I went there on Saturday because the glasses that I l bought there broke, was a simple thing for to fix but they received me too bad and they sad that I needed to get a appointment, I told that I’d not go to pay for an appointment because was just a glasses broke but they didn’t do nothing, so I went at Walmart and they received me so well, fixed it in 3 min and I not paid nothing for that because was too simple.

I was 10 minutes late during a SNOW STORM and the office didn’t close for 3 hours and the doctor refused to see me. The customer service is awful.
My exam was quick and everything was clearly explained to me during the whole process. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful.
